The Trustees of Victoria Hall are actively considering plans for the upper floor in a positive step forward. Business entrepreneurs are encouraged to put forward a business plan to be considered and actioned ASAP to ensure the continuity of Victoria Hall as a well-established and much-loved community venue and unique grade II listed building.
Are you a local publican, event organiser or caterer, ideally having all those skills, who would be interested in renting the first floor to develop and run a business to provide an events venue with all the facilities? The first-floor at Victoria Hall would be a self-contained amenity to benefit the community in Rutland. We would love to see a programme of events offered, and envisage music and dancing, comedy evenings, private events such as weddings, parties and celebrations as well as business events which are for the benefit of Rutland in this unique community asset.
A bar and commercial kitchen are on the upper floor with a stage, a wooden sprung dance floor and beautiful Victorian high vaulted ceiling.
